2nd Biggest Milestone (Crossed client base of 750, started a subscription base service also keeping the contract, added a few more helpful features to our site for our clients
Biggest Milestone (At the beginning of 22 we re-structured our whole website and crossed 500 client base).
Renting Bigger Space (At the beginning we rented a room and had our operation started there but slowly & steadily we grew our client base and felt the need to hire more people meaning a bigger space so we rented a small apartment with two rooms “still not too big, we wanted to grow slowly but strongly”).
First Hire (Hired 2 people & started giving out services. Both of us the founder had previously worked in a digital marketing agency so we knew a few people & our bosses also gave us a few leads as well as occasionally they had us do some of their company work. So we never really passed a day without clients even with our small team.
Web Design & Development (For the starting point we had to go with the service offering that we had experience in and would be able to help business owners seamlessly).
Had To Drop This Business Idea Too (Had to drop the second business idea as well since we couldn’t find skilled people in Bangladesh for the type of content we wanted to create, and later thought about creating a digital service company and helping entrepreneurs. We also had in mind to create other small online-based businesses (our previous business idea but on a much smaller scale) since we will have enough trained and experienced people in-house.
Acquiring Help (We started working on creating content and needed some extra help with some other creative skills that we did not possess at the time & were ready to hire but couldn't find the right people., NOTE: “We were looking to hire people in Bangladesh”).
Initial Discussion To Start A Business.
Decision Making (Decided On Custom Shoe Business).
Too Expensive & Risky (Custom shoe business seemed too costly and risky to us to start with).
Change Of Plan (Decided on digital media/content creation business).
